By creating an account or using shortt.in, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You're responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use shortt.in. Usernames may not impersonate others, infringe trademarks, or be obtained in bad faith to squat on a namespace.
You may not use shortt.in to:
We may suspend or remove any account or content that violates these terms.
Pro subscription payments are processed by Stripe and billed as described at checkout; they are non-refundable except where required by law. Tips are handled entirely by the payment app(s) a creator chooses to list on their page (such as Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App); shortt.in is not a party to that payment and never holds or processes tip funds.
You retain ownership of the content you add to your profile. By posting it, you grant shortt.in a license to host and display it as part of operating your public page. You're solely responsible for the content you publish.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued as the product evolves.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
shortt.in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, shortt.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of shortt.in after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
